Eibar debuts its new pre-season kit today against Tudelano. The new kit is white with red stripes and features the inscription #Eibar1819Preseason on the chest.

What's behind the new kit?

The blue and white entity has wanted to pay a nostalgic tribute to the white and red uniform that the Armero team wore in its founding year, 1940. The new Puma-designed kit is a tribute to the club's origins.

How did the blue and white colors originate?

The traditional blue and white colors that characterize Eibar today originated in the 1943/44 season, when the Guipuzcoan Football Federation gave the Eibar team a complete set of equipment from FC Barcelona.

What sponsors are on the new kit?

The new kit will also feature the logo of Avia, the oil company that has sponsored Eibar since its arrival at Ipurua in the summer of 2015. With a renewed agreement until 2019, Avia has remained the only official sponsor of its kits after the withdrawal of smartphone manufacturer Wiko. Eibar is currently in 8th place in the Segunda División, with 55 points, 15 wins, 10 draws, and 10 losses in 35 games, and a recent form of DWWWW. Their last result was a 2-1 loss to Castellón on 2026-05-31.
