Eibar's Fundazioa, along with FC ONU, LaLiga and the Mallabia Town Hall, will host the fourth edition of the Football Legends Trophy Against Racism and Discrimination on November 29, 2025, in Areitio. The tournament, a senior international football tournament, aims to promote inclusion, respect and the fight against racism. Participating teams include Eibar, FC ONU, Athletic Club and Real Sociedad. This edition will be particularly significant as it will be held for the first time in the Ciudad Deportiva de Areitio, Eibar's new home. The tournament will be one of the first major events in the infrastructure, which will soon celebrate its official inauguration with free admission. The choice of Areitio reaffirms the club's goal of opening these facilities to the community and turning them into a true local motor, while strengthening Eibar's role, both in its sporting and social dimensions, as an active agent in the region. The Football Legends Trophy was born in 2016 in Geneva, promoted by FC ONU with the collaboration of Eibar, Stade Nyonnais of Switzerland and UEFA. After the 2018 edition, which saw the support of LaLiga, and the 2019 edition, which was held in Tunisia, the tournament has become a sensitization initiative around respect, inclusion and the fight against racism. The matches, each lasting 30 minutes, will be played throughout the morning of November 29: FC ONU vs Real Sociedad, Athletic Club vs Eibar, FC ONU vs Eibar, Athletic Club vs Real Sociedad, FC ONU vs Athletic Club, Real Sociedad vs Eibar, Final between the two best classified, Trophy and medal delivery, Lunch. In case of a tie, penalty shootouts will be used. The classification will be decided by points and goal average. The day will conclude with a fraternal meal for players and directors, reinforcing the spirit of conviviality that inspires the project and is promoted by both Eibar's Fundazioa and FC ONU.
